BTU Maintenance is a company dedicated to providing an efficient and effective service. Our Quality Assured systems are in line with that required by BS.EN.ISO 9001. In May 1993, BSI assessed the company capability against BS.EN.ISO 9002 and this certification was awarded.

We are fully aware of a Landlords responsibility and the Gas Safety Regulations 1998, BTU Maintenance can be relied upon to complete service visits on time to prevent expiry of certification.

 


 

BTU management and staff have relevant technical qualifications, BTU Maintenance only employs high quality personnel, who care about our customers, care about their job and the company, and who are sympathetic to customer needs. Training in all aspects of customer care, service and health & safety issues is regularly undertaken.
