MAINTENANCE
BTU Maintenance has successfully
administered domestic and commercial contracts for
both the public and private sectors for more than
forty years. All BTU personnel have between them,
enormous experience in the administration of gas
and oil maintenance contracts, customer care, technical
knowledge, health and safety as well as the implementation,
monitoring and enforcement of quality standards.
The size and value of the
Local Authority contracts completed by BTU Maintenance
has been very varied, ranging from 500, to in excess
of 20,000 properties. They have encompassed both
inner and outer city sites and have included tenants
from all ethnic groups and varied social backgrounds.

A sophisticated
computer management system is in operation,
categorising job priorities so deadlines
are met. Out of normal office hours, senior
Duty Officers take calls. The call centre
offers a 24 hour service every day of the
year.
BTU personnel and vehicles are in smart
company livery and all maintenance staff
carry identification. The BTU Service depot
holds a comprehensive stock of the most
commonly used parts. Each vehicle is restocked
every morning ensuring a swift and efficient
service.
