BTU Maintenance Ltd has
led the way for over forty years, with an unrivalled
reputation for the servicing and maintenance of
heating equipment.
We are a company
dedicated to providing an efficient and effective
service to Local Authorities, Government Agencies,
Housing Trusts, commercial and industrial organisations.
BTU Maintenance has over 10,000 valued private
customers, many utilise our 24-hour, 365 day,
breakdown, responsive repair service as well as
our annual boiler maintenance facility.
In May 1993 BTU Maintenance achieved accreditation
for its Quality Assurance system by BSI. Our Quality
system is forever evolving and today BTU Maintenance
holds the coveted ISO 9001: 2000 certificate.
Our quality systems are subject to constant audit
by our own Quality Manager as well as audit by
an external registration body. This ensures that
the service you receive, is a high Quality Service.
BTU Maintenance and
BTU Group Headquarters is located in Guildford,
Surrey, in property we have owned and occupied
for more than thirty years.

It is the location
of our main Control Centre, Stores, Transport
department, IT and Management Services centre
and our CITB accredited Training and Assessment
Centre.
BTU Maintenance
Ltd is dedicated to the constant up-grading
and training of our staff and engineers,

and to reinvest, put something back
into our industry.
We offer new opportunities of training and
employment to the people who reside in the
areas in which we work.
We have a service depot located in Regents
Park, London, this is ideally situated to
provide a rapid response to our customer's
needs, in the city centre.
